Annual paddleboard Licence for the Chelmer & Blackwater Navigation in Essex

This annual paddleboard licence entitles you to use your paddleboard on the Chelmer & Blackwater Navigation for twelve months from the day of purchase. Please note that you need a separate licence – not this one – for a canoe or kayak. Your receipt acts as your licence, which may be checked against our database of licence holders by the river wardens on the Navigation.
The delivery and returns information in the adjacent panels do not apply to this licence – please ignore them – no postage is charged – a printed licence is not sent by post.
This licence is for paddleboards owned and used by private individuals. There is a separate licence for paddleboards used by businesses.
We occasionally receive reports that full licence details do not print out on your e-mail receipts. If this happens to you, please let us know at sarah.phillips@waterways.org.uk and we will arrange for a replacement receipt to be sent to you.
