The IWA Nottinghamshire & Derby branch covers the River Trent from Cromwell Lock, where it ceases to be tidal, to Derwentmouth, all of the Erewash Canal, and the Trent & Mersey Canal from Derwentmouth to the Dove Aqueduct and the Nottingham Canal.
Waterways under restoration include the Grantham, Derby & Sandiacre and Cromford canals
