We are looking for a region newsletter editor, to put together Aegre, the East Midlands Region newsletter, as the current editor, Peter Hill, has recently retired after 18 years in the post.
Aegre is one of the ways we communicate with members about our work to support the region’s waterways, which cover Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. We usually publish an issue three times per year.
The editor generally looks after, edits and creates the newsletter, following IWA’s policies and brand guidelines. Head Office handles printing and distribution.
You do not have to be a member of any committee, and you don’t necessarily even need to live in the region! Full support will be provided, and Peter will be pleased to give a fully supported handover and training.
