The waterway restoration sector is undertaking highly ambitious projects using volunteers and the right planning ensures health, safety and welfare management is taken into account.  A Project Plan aligns the vision of the restoration group and provides a clear focus and objectives for the project.

So what is a project plan?
A construction project plan is fundamentally a document typically including a variety of processes that provides an overarching plan for the coordination, design and execution of a construction project. No two project plans are the same, the project can change the materials required, methodology, timings and design, being just some key areas covered within the document
