Communications – Stay in touch
As an IWA volunteer it is important that you keep up to date with what is going on throughout the charity.
All key branch volunteers and members of national committees and panels should receive our monthly e-newsletter ‘Officer’s Briefing’. If you would like to be added to this newsletter list please email Tracy Higgin at Head Office.
Other ways to keep in touch:
- Sign up to receive our monthly supporter e-newsletter ‘IWA Bulletin’ – email Tracy Higgin at Head Office.
- Follow us on social media
Get a waterways.org.uk email account
All volunteers with a role on a national or branch committee are provided with an @waterways.org.uk email address, which we ask you to use for all communications on behalf of IWA.
The inbox comes as part of the Office 365 suite and also offers you web based office software such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Having an @waterways.org.uk email account also means that you can keep your volunteer work separate from your personal inbox, hopefully making it easier to keep an eye on things.
It is important that you log in to your @waterways.org.uk account at least once per month. Please do not store IWA internal e-mails and data on private or work PCs, laptops or servers.
To set up an @waterways.org.uk email account please contact Tracy Higgin at Head Office.
