Paul leads the public observing events at the University of Cambridge and presents lectures on Cunard Queen Mary 2 and other ships on a frequent basis, his talks are always popular.
Tixall Wide is one of the best locations on the canal system in the midlands for observing the night sky, being relatively free of light pollution and unobstructed by buildings or trees.

There is parking at the side of the hall, and overflow parking is also available at the nearby Waitrose store.
