IWA West Riding Branch is working to increase the number of official visitor moorings at Saltaire on the Leeds & Liverpool Canal.
Saltaire is a UNESCO World Heritage Site built on the banks of the Leeds & Liverpool Canal.
IWA West Riding Branch would like to see an increase in the number of official visitor moorings close to the town. New moorings would allow boaters to stop off and enjoy a visit to the town.
The branch has already been successful in lobbying Canal & River Trust to install a small number of moorings, but we would like to see more being installed.
