IWA Chester and Merseyside Branch would welcome some new faces to join our small team of keen waterway enthusiasts to help us with outdoor public events and our monthly public meetings. We are an active branch, often involved with local waterways related issues. Our purpose is to generate more public interest in our local waterways, and contribute to making improvements. You just need to have an interest in our waterways, be keen to learn more, and be an enthusiastic person.
Our activities are in Cheshire, the Wirral and Merseyside, and our team members usually reside in these districts. We frequently meet by Zoom, and occasionally at a member’s home. Also, except in summer, we chat at our monthly meetings.
