This is a weekend dig is on the Lichfield and Hatherton Canals near Lichfield in Staffordshire. The work will be continuing the towpath along by the Tamworth Road, to progress the work of Lichfield and Hatherton Canals Restoration Trust.

The minibus will be available as usual for a lift to the weekend from London Waterloo at 6.30/7.00 pm. If you get a van lift we ask for a contribution of up to £15 for fuel. Please let us know you would like a lift at [email protected].

We are staying Polesworth Scout Hut, Tamworth, B78 1JA. This lies beside the canal we will be working on.
