IWA NSSC Branch is currently looking for a volunteer Sales Officer to join our friendly volunteer team. The Sales Officer would be responsible for sourcing the stock for sale at events in the branch area (and very occasionally elsewhere), for managing the sales stand at events and for co-ordinating the rota of volunteers to help out on the stand at events. He or she is also responsible for making the bookings for the stand to attend events. Information about which suppliers to use and how to go about it can be obtained from the deputy chairman if interested.
This is ideally a committee role although if someone would prefer not to attend meetings on a regular basis they can send written reports other than when attendance at specific events is being planned. The committee meets monthly, currently at a venue on the outskirts of Stoke on Trent. Meetings currently take place on the second Tuesday of each month, starting at 7.30pm.
