IWA Nottinghamshire & Derbyshire Branch is looking for an outgoing individual to take on the role of promoting Branch events as their Publicity officer.
Role
Nottinghamshire & Derbyshire Branch require a publicity officer, who is happy to go out to talk to people to get the message out to potential members. Access to a computer with Word (or the equivalent) and an e-mail account would be advantageous.
The main commitment needed is to attend a branch committee meeting once a month – usually takes an evening and can be in various places (they try to move it around to make the travelling fair to everyone, so having transport may be an advantage). It would also be advantageous for the publicity officer to attend the branch socials – after all they’ll need to know what it is they’re publicising!
Must be an IWA member.
