IWA Lancashire & Cumbria Branch is looking for an individual to fill the role of Planning Officer and monitor planning applications checking for those that they may affect local waterways.
Role
This officer will be expected to monitor websites of Councils in the area to check for planning applications being submitted that may impact on the local waterways. The branch would also like them to be able to respond to things like local development guidlines etc – they’ve got an expert doing the job at present who’ll be able to give advice and help.
